TIME has THREE servers!

TIME has 3 SERVERS : Time01, Time10, + Time56. These are meant to be TEMPORARY storage spaces for transferring files. -Your files must be in a folder with your name on it or they will be DELETED! -If your "Date Modified" is over 3 months ago your files will be DELETED!
THESE SERVERS ARE LIVING GARDENS, NOT GRAVEYARDS!!!!

RESERVING TIME SPACES

The following conditions must be met :
-view the "Reservation Books" to make sure there are not courses scheduled, or prior reservations for the time you need to reserve. (Separate "Reservation Books" are on the wall, in-between the "Sound" and "Video" Labs)
-Draw a box on the calendar around the specific time block you need to reserve.
-In the box, write CLEARLY and LEGIBLY your name and contact information (current phone and email).
-You must either SHOW UP for your scheduled time slot, or have the courtesy to cross off your reservation before hand, or you may lose the privilege to reserve space in the future.

*Respecting this system will make it easier to resolve conflicts, and enable all of us to count on having the space we need, when we need it. We are all counting on YOU.

VIDEO LAB : HDV DECK ERROR

"No matter what I do, Final Cut won't recognize the deck! I'm so upset... I could cry!" -youSez
MTsez- "I don't know why, but FCP gets tripped up when capturing from these HDV decks sometimes (even with Standard Definition captures). Open up iMovie. Once iMovie recognizes the deck, it fixes the connection problem. Now go back to FCP. You should be able to capture now!"
